Water Shares for Lease

Johnson Water Improvement District will be leasing 80 Shares of Class C and 65 of Class D.

The lease will be for six years starting spring of 2026 and a minimum of 10 shares per bid.

Bid will be in addition to yearly assessments.

Priority will be given to highest bid amount and highest number ofshares per bid.

Sealed bids will need to be at the office by noon on Thursday, March 19, 2026.

Johnson Water Improvement District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
